Job summary
Apex Service Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to fuel growth by finding and attracting top-tier talent for our nationwide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services network. Based primarily in Pittsburgh, PA with occasional travel to nearby partner locations.
This role goes beyond posting jobs; you will hunt passive candidates, build pipelines, partner with managers, and own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding—while delivering an exceptional candidate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies (iCIMS preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop aggressive recruiting strategies.
- Source passive candidates via networking, social media, events, and referrals.
- Own full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Represent Apex at job fairs and community events.
- Track metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
