About the Job

Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from start to finish. Collaborate with managers and leadership to determine hiring needs across the organization. Source and screen candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Support organizational hiring events and conferences. Additional talent acquisition team projects as requested.

About You

3+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience required. A bachelor's degree is required; additional certifications are a plus! Tech-savvy ATS and HRIS proficiency is required. Strong time management, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

About the Position

$80K-$90K salary (dependent on experience). Comprehensive and generous benefits package. Hybrid schedule, 3 days/week on-site in the Alexandria, VA office.
