As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment across all lines of our business, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our candidates and hiring managers, consistent with Care Initiative’s mission, vision, and values.

What you'd do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Care Initiatives:

• Ensure accurate requisition information is posted at all times.
• Conduct initial phone screen with candidates, provide detailed notes to hiring managers, and schedule follow-up interviews as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating professionally and promptly to both the candidates and hiring managers.
• Present offer letters and administer pre-employment background checks, ensuring compliance with state and company policies.
• Travel across our service areas to collaborate with Care Initiatives leadership, participate in team and regional meetings, as well as participate in career fairs on behalf of Care Initiatives.

What it takes to become a Talent Acquisition Specialistwith Care Initiatives:

• At least 2 years of experience of recruiting experience
• Healthcare and/or high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
