Nordic Talent is seeking a recruiter for a contract assignment to support client companies in finding qualified and motivated candidates. You will manage full recruitment cycles, publish job ads, actively source talent on Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks.

You will review candidates, present shortlists to clients and conduct competency-based interviews while keeping recruitment systems up to date. Fluent English and the ability to invoice through your own company are required.

Qualifications

• MUST have solid experience managing full recruitment processes independently.
• Proficient with interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience using social media, CV databases and professional networks for recruiting.

• Practical experience with interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience using social media, CV databases and professional networks for recruiting
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Ability to invoice for services through own company or another invoicing solution

• Experience with Teamtailor
