Nordic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic recruiting partner for full-time roles across the Growth Organization, including executive searches. You will collaborate with business and executive leaders to attract high-impact talent aligned with Nordic's growth strategy.

The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle recruiting experience, builds proactive pipelines, and guides leaders through hiring. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required as part of this role.

Competenze

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Experience recruiting senior-level, executive, or sales talent.
• Experience sourcing senior talent in healthcare technology, healthcare IT, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Experience advising leaders and building proactive candidate pipelines.

• Lead executive-level searches with senior leaders to define leadership profiles and manage confidential searches.
• Proactively source passive candidates via networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Build pipelines for openings and future growth while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Monitor talent pipeline health and market trends to adjust search strategy.
