TrackerWay is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term contract (1–2 years) in the United States. This role centers on recruitment, owning the full cycle from posting ads to interviewing and building pipelines, in close collaboration with hiring managers.

You will drive process improvements, contribute to recruitment strategies, and analyze data to inform decisions. Excellent English and strong teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and publishing job ads, proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining strong, up-to-date talent pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying opportunities, sharing insights, and helping to implement best practices that enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with company growth goals and key talent acquisition metrics.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to generate insights, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition Partner role with full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition field.
• Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared hiring goals.
