Job description

We are seeking ambitious and experienced Freelance Headhunters and Recruiters to join our growing team in the United States. This opportunity is open to professionals ready to work across all industries, identifying top-tier talent for our clients. This is a 100% commission-based role , with no base salary, where you will earn aggressive commissions and incentives based on the successful placement of candidates hired directly by our clients.

If you have a strong background in recruitment, an extensive professional network, and a drive for results, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruit Across Industries : Identify and attract top talent for positions in sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and more.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
  • Client Collaboration : Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Placement Success : Drive successful placements, earning commissions for each candidate hired directly by the client.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates for long-term collaboration.
  • Market Expertise : Stay informed on industry trends and talent market dynamics to better serve clients.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 3 years in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition, with proven success in placing candidates across various industries.
  • Track Record : Demonstrated ability to identify and place top-tier talent in a results-driven, commission-based model.
  • Skills : Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Network : Strong existing connections in industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and others.
  • Tools : Proficiency with ATS systems, CRM tools, and online sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Language : Fluent in English. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
