Job summary

CultureSpace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full hiring process for roles across corporate, design, warehouse, manufacturing, and installation. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and craft candidate experiences that stand out from the first phone call through onboarding.

You’ll improve recruiting workflows, run multiple searches, and manage offers with a proactive, data-driven mindset in a fast-growing, culture-driven company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting (agency or in-house).
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, not just posting jobs.
• Experience improving recruiting workflows, metrics, or candidate/hiring manager communication.
• Experience recruiting in person at career fairs, both large and niche groups.

Responsibilities

• Write job postings that sound like a real company, not a form letter.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Screen applications and conduct phone/video interviews, presenting top candidates to managers.
• Keep candidates and teams informed throughout the process.
• Manage offer logistics and background checks as needed.
• Track recruiting data in ADP and identify bottlenecks to improve hiring.

CultureSpace is an elevated office furniture dealer with showrooms across San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. We help companies design workspaces that reflect who they are, and we're just as intentional about who we bring onto our own team. We're growing quickly, which means priorities shift, new roles open fast, and this position needs someone who's comfortable moving at that pace, not someone who needs a settled, predictable queue. We need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can run point on recruiting for everything from corporate and design roles to warehouse, manufacturing, and installation, and who has a track record of tightening up how a recruiting function actually operates.

This isn't a "post and pray" recruiting job. You'll partner directly with hiring managers, build pipelines for roles we're constantly filling, and create a candidate experience that people remember in a good way, from the first phone call through their first week on the job. If you've ever looked at a hiring workflow and improved it instead of just running it, that's exactly the kind of experience we're looking for.

You'll own the full hiring process for a fast-growing, culture-driven company, and we want someone who can make that process better, not just run it.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Partnering with hiring managers to define what "great" looks like for each open role
• Running multiple searches at once, from launch to signed offer, often with shifting priorities
• Writing job postings that sound like a real company, not a form letter
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Representing CultureSpace in person at large-scale and niche/specialized career fairs to build our talent pipeline
• Building pipelines ahead of need for roles we hire frequently
• Screening applications and running phone/video interviews
• Presenting top candidates to hiring managers and keeping the process moving
• Keeping candidates and hiring teams in the loop so nobody's left guessing
• Handling offer logistics, background checks, and pre-employment steps
• Tracking recruiting data in ADP and using it to identify bottlenecks and improve how we hire
• Jumping into workforce planning and employee engagement work as it comes up

What you bring:

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting (agency or in-house)
• Real experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, not just posting jobs and engaging applicants
• Demonstrated experience improving recruiting workflows, metrics, or candidate/hiring manager communication, not just executing an existing process
• Experience recruiting in person at career fairs, both large general-audience events and smaller niche or industry-specific groups
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly
• The ability to juggle multiple open roles without dropping the details
• Strong writing, communication, and people skills
• Comfort with an ATS, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in helping people find the right fit

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Recruiting experience across multiple functions (design, ops, warehouse, manufacturing, skilled trades)
