• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Indeed).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple technologies and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the interview process.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the lifecycle for a great candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and drive acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and pipeline status.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

About the Role

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a wide range of technical roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, and Indeed.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, DevOps, QA Automation, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and ERP platforms.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and workforce planning.Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
