Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment within IT services.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring trends.
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Indeed).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple technologies and levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the interview process.
Maintain candidate communication throughout the lifecycle for a great candidate experience.
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and drive acceptance.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and pipeline status.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
