Job summary

BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the full lifecycle of sourcing, screening and hiring highly skilled IT professionals. You will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build strong pipelines across multiple roles.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and diverse channels to identify passive candidates, conduct technical assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive efficient, candidate-friendly hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Experience with active and passive candidate sourcing.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience using ATS/recruitment platforms.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments based on technical and behavioral requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Support salary negotiations and offer management.
• Track recruitment KPIs including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate and Interview-to-Offer Ratio.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening interviewing and hiring qualified technical professionals across a range of IT and technology roles The role requires strong technical recruitment knowledge excellent sourcing skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn job boards ATS platforms referrals and other recruitment channels
• Conduct CV screening and initial candidate assessments based on technical and behavioral requirements
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates against job requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements team needs and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring stakeholdersManage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Support salary negotiations and offer management
• Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data within the ATS
• Track recruitment KPIs including Time to Fill Time to Hire Offer Acceptance Rate and Interview-to-Offer Ratio
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Stay updated on technology trends technical skill sets and talent-market conditions
• Support employer branding recruitment campaigns and hiring events when required

Required Experience

• 2 4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Experience with both active and passive candidate sourcing.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience using ATS/recruitment platforms.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Experience recruiting for outsourcing, consulting, or technology companies.
• Experience with Workable or other ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven Talent Acquisition.
