Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Richmond Group USA Pennsylvania, United States (Remote)

I’m partnering with an established, growing organization on a confidential search for a Talent Aquisition Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the hunt for hard-to-find talent, and knows that great recruiting goes well beyond posting a job and waiting for applications.

What we’re looking for:

• Recruiting experience within an agency and/or manufacturing environment
• Strong active and passive sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates who aren’t actively looking
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing tools, job boards, and other recruiting platforms
• A creative approach to job postings and candidate engagement
• Experience conducting market research and talent mapping to uncover new candidate pools
• A natural curiosity and willingness to pick up the phone and connect with candidates
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, motivated, coachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers while keeping searches moving forward

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys recruiting—the research, the outreach, the conversations, and ultimately connecting the right person with the right opportunity.

Location:

Remote | East Coast candidates preferred- No west coast

Compensation:

Based on experience, up to $100K base + 10–15% annual bonus
