Job summary

Concierge Home Care, a Florida-based home health provider, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit clinicians across Florida. This role supports remote collaboration with the TA team and requires healthcare recruiting experience, strong communication, and field travel within the state.

You will manage end-to-end hiring, build pipelines, and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding while meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required (minimum 1 year).
• Experience building provider or professional healthcare relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management with ability to prioritize multiple openings.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Indeed, ADP Workforce Now, or similar ATS.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned Florida territory for events and networking.
• Must reside in Florida and maintain a dedicated home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians including RNs, PTs, OTs, STs, LPNs, and others.
• Source candidates via Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess experience and cultural fit.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, clinical leaders, schools, and providers in your territory.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and follow-up.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain ATS records.
• Attend hiring events, career fairs and community events in Florida.
• Manage multiple openings while meeting metrics and deadlines.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll recruit nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals while partnering with operational leaders to meet hiring goals across your assigned Florida territory.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists (STs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and other healthcare professionals.
• Source candidates using Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates for both experience and cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, clinical leaders, schools, and healthcare providers throughout your territory.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate follow-up.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Attend hiring events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and community events within your assigned territory.
• Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruiting metrics and hiring deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Some college required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Compensation

$21.00+ per hour(based on years of experience and existing provider relationships)
