Job summary

Chris Baily is seeking an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York City to own the end-to-end recruitment process and shape how the business attracts, hires, and develops its next generation of recruitment talent.

You will lead graduate and entry-level campaigns, source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and targeted outreach, and partner with senior leaders to align headcount plans with hiring priorities while tracking metrics and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, and candidate management.
• Experience hiring into recruitment, staffing, or commercially focused roles.
• Able to manage multiple hiring processes with senior stakeholders.

Following strong commercial performance, the New York operation is preparing for further growth in 2027. You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of talent acquisition, work directly with senior leadership, and shape how the business attracts, hires, and develops its next generation of recruitment talent.

Role Highlights

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from proactive sourcing and screening through offers, negotiations, and pre-boarding.

You Will Need

• At least two years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, gained internally or within an agency environment.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, candidate management, and closing skills.
• Experience hiring into recruitment, staffing, sales, or another commercially focused environment.
• Confidence managing multiple hiring processes and partnering with senior stakeholders on recruitment decisions.
• A proactive, commercial approach and genuine interest in graduate and early-career talent; previous graduate or recruiter hiring experience is advantageous but not essential.
