Job summary

Fifteen West in New York is seeking an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring across the New York office, with a strong focus on graduate and early-career recruitment alongside experienced hires.

You will source via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted direct outreach, and you will partner with senior leaders to understand headcount plans and hiring priorities. The role includes ownership of end-to-end recruitment and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, gained internally or within an agency environment.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, candidate management, and closing skills.
• Experience hiring into recruitment, staffing, sales, or another commercially focused environment.
• Confidence managing multiple hiring processes and partnering with senior stakeholders on recruitment decisions.
• A proactive, commercial approach and genuine interest in graduate and early-career talent; previous graduate or recruiter hiring experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
