Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding recruitment efforts across multiple healthcare organizations. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent acquisition activities to ensure we attract top-tier candidates aligned with our values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Post jobs on relevant job boards and platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, specialty healthcare sites).
Actively source candidates through Boolean searches, networking, and cold outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in employer branding efforts to attract top talent in the healthcare space.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Support onboarding in collaboration with HR and department leads.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Passion for healthcare and commitment to excellence in hiring.
