Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York to lead full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. market.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify, attract, assess, and onboard top talent for corporate and GTM roles. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth environments, strong interviewing, ATS familiarity, and fintech/tech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition in high-growth settings.
• Experience recruiting for GTM, business development, legal and compliance in the U.S.
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing and selection skills.
• Fintech/tech experience in scaling orgs preferred.
• Familiar with recruitment tech and ATS systems.

Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in New York. This individual will own full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. market, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify, attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive recruiter with strong U.S. market expertise and experience hiring for corporate and go-to-market roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, required.
• Experience recruiting for go-to-market (GTM), business development, legal, and compliance roles in the U.S. market, required.
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection experience, required.
• Exposure to fintech, technology, or other rapidly scaling organizations, preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, required.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, required.

Compensation

• The salary for this role is $100K-$130K.
