The role partners with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source qualified candidates, and manage the hiring process from outreach through onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and experienced in identifying and attracting talent through various sourcing channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and persuasion skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for vacant positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Write and place job advertisements across various media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, and placement firms.
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and exit interviews.
• Manage applicant tracking data, including recruitment activities, interviews, hires, and terminations.
• Administer relocation programs for internal transfers and new hires.
• Ensure smooth candidate transitions and contribute to onboarding processes.
