• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
• Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and materials.
• Assist with job posting and advertising processes.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager during offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Stay current of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
