Job summary

Alliance Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team at the Matawan headquarters. The role focuses on attracting and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, posting jobs, and guiding offers with salary ranges and start dates.

The position reports to the VP of Human Resources. You will engage with college fairs and recruiting sessions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while supporting high-performing teams and improving hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience with recruitment and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online forums, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with job postings and advertising processes.
• Collaborate with managers during offers, including salary ranges and start dates.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.
• Attend college job fairs and recruiting events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Assist with job posting and advertising processes.


• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.


• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.


• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.


• Stay current of recruiting trends and best practices.


• Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.


• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
