Job summary

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates, headquartered in Johnson City, TN, seeks an HR recruiter to lead all phases of the recruitment process and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, post roles in the HRIS, screen and advance candidates, and track recruiting metrics to drive timely hires.

Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or other relevant disciplines.
• Two or more years of related experience in Human Resources and/or staffing and recruitment; healthcare experience desirable.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• All phases of the recruitment process.

• Efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Posting positions in HRIS system.
• Interview and advance qualified candidates for second round interviews.

• Strong understanding of industry trends of the recruitment process.
• Federal, state, and organizational compliance.
• Complete onboarding paperwork and procedures.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Process I-9 Verification/E-Verify forms.
• Employment verification requests.
• Monthly exclusion screenings for team members.
• Exit interviews and separation information/forms.
