State of Franklin Healthcare Associates in Johnson City, TN, is seeking an HR recruiter to manage all phases of the recruitment process. You will conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, post positions in the HRIS, screen and advance candidates, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.

The role emphasizes data tracking, event planning for career-related activities, and staying current with industry recruitment trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent work experience substitutes for education requirements.
• Two or more years of related experience in Human Resources and/or staffing and recruitment; healthcare organization experience is desirable.

• Process I-9 Verification/E-Verify forms.
• Employment verification requests.
• Monthly exclusion screenings for team members.
• Exit interviews and separation information/forms.
