Furnitureland South, the World's Largest Furniture Store, is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sales and Design Consultants to lead recruiting efforts for our growing sales organization.

The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional sales professionals who can thrive in our luxury retail environment, with opportunities to support broader talent and HR initiatives and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record finding top sales talent.
• Experience with sourcing for commission-based roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage top sales talent via networking, referrals, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future sales opportunities.
• Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate the interview process.
• Represent Furnitureland South at career fairs and events.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Support talent acquisition for other departments as needed.
• Assist with employer branding and social media recruitment initiatives.
• Participate in employee engagement, retention, and talent development efforts.

Furnitureland South, the World's Largest Furniture Store, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sales and Design Consultants to lead recruiting efforts for our growing sales organization.

We are seeking a professional with a successful track record in finding top sales talent, preferably in luxury brands.

The primary focus of this position is attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional sales professionals who can thrive in our unique retail environment. Recruiting experience for commission positions is desirable.

While the majority of your time will be dedicated to sales recruiting, you'll also have opportunities to support broader talent and HR initiatives, making this an excellent role for someone who enjoys both recruiting and people-focused work.

What You'll Do

Primary Focus: Sales Talent Acquisition

• Source, attract, and engage top sales talent through networking, referrals, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing strategies.


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales opportunities.


• Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.


• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate the interview process.


• Represent Furnitureland South at career fairs, networking events, colleges, universities, and community organizations.


• Create an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition efforts for other departments as business needs arise.


• Assist with employer branding and social media recruitment initiatives.


• Participate in employee engagement, retention, and talent development efforts.


• Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.


• Strong sourcing and networking skills with a hunter mentality.


• Ability to build relationships and influence candidates throughout the hiring process.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred.


• Sales recruiting experience is a plus.
