This role is ideal for someone early in their career, offering growth in the recruiting space, with 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Construction recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook and web-based/social media recruiting resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, post positions, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Maintain the ATS/HRIS and track recruiting activity, KPIs, and results.
• Support job fairs, recruiting events, employee referrals, and employer branding efforts.
• Partner with third-party recruiters as needed and stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.
