The ideal candidate is confident with hiring manager intake, strong in sourcing, and motivated to drive results on challenging requisitions. You will shadow experienced teammates and progressively own requisitions with monthly hiring goals.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Filled roles such as superintendents, project managers, or corporate/support positions.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems; Oracle ORC preferred.
  • Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or niche databases.

Responsibilities

IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This role supports full-cycle recruiting for construction and corporate positions within a fast-paced, growth-focused organization. The ideal candidate is confident with hiring manager intake, strong in sourcing, and motivated to drive results on challenging requisitions.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction and corporate roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and offer support.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on priorities, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, networking, social platforms, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Deliver quality talent in a high-output environment, balancing speed with strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ramp quickly by shadowing established team members and progressively owning requisitions and monthly hiring goals.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • 1+ year of experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Experience filling roles such as superintendents, project managers, corporate/support positions, or similarly aligned requisitions
  • Proficiency with an ATS/CRM (Oracle ORC preferred, but not required)
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and/or niche industry databases
