Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts at the Greensburg location. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, coordination of interviews, and managing the applicant pipeline while collaborating with hiring managers.

The successful candidate will handle ATS/HRIS tasks, build relationships with schools and communities, and promote Redstone’s comprehensive benefits, including tuition reimbursement and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in HR/recruiting.
• 1+ year of recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to learn HRIS and ATS systems.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Candidate management and sourcing via social media, online platforms, and advertising.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, history, and salary expectations; schedule follow-ups.
• Manage applicants, provide status updates, extends offers or rejections.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System and post jobs; support hiring managers throughout the process.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Candidate Management & Sourcing

  • Proactively finding candidates via social media, online platforms, and creative advertising (fliers, mailers, etc.).

  • Building long-term talent pipelines by networking with schools, universities, and professional associations.

  • Representing the company at career fairs and community events.

• The Interview & Selection Process

  • Conducting initial interviews to vet candidates' skills, history, and salary expectations.

  • Scheduling interviews with managers and keeping the process moving.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for applicants, providing status updates, and delivering both job offers and rejection notices.

• Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, posting jobs, and ensuring all data is accurate.

  • Guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process and following up after interviews.

  • Monitoring vacancies and providing weekly progress reports to the organization.
    

What do I need for this role with Redstone?

• Bachelor's degree
• One (1) Year of recruitment experience helpful.
• Ability to to learn HRIS and ATS systems.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
