Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter at our Greensburg location to lead our recruitment efforts across clinical and non-clinical roles. You will build proactive pipelines, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through onboarding while partnering with facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience: Recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Industry: Familiarity with nursing/clinical recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and build proactive recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social networks, and partnerships.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Guide candidates through pre-employment steps and credential validations for onboarding.
• Represent Redstone at local career fairs and build relationships with nursing schools and workforce programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties

• Strategic RecruitmentWorkforce Planning: Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs, analyze hiring trends, and build proactive recruitment plans for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
• Active SourcingCandidate Engagement: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and community partnerships to source qualified candidates and engage passive job seekers.
• ScreeningInterview Coordination: Review resumes, conduct initial phone and virtual screenings, assess candidate alignment, and coordinate seamless interviews with hiring managers.
• End-to-End Hiring Support: Guide candidates seamlessly through all pre-employment requirements and credential validations, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding while minimizing time-to-fill and time-to-start metrics.
• OnboardingNew-Hire Orientation: Collaborate with HR and clinical leadership to facilitate a smooth, organized transition for new hires, ensuring all orientation and documentation requirements are met.
• Employer BrandingCommunity Outreach: Represent Redstone at local career fairs and build lasting relationships with nursing schools, healthcare training programs, and workforce organizations.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or healthcare/long-term care environments strongly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting nursing, clinical, or direct-care healthcare professionals is a major plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
