Job summary

Redstone Highlands in Greensburg, PA is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead recruitment across all divisions. You will develop innovative strategies to attract, screen, and hire both clinical and non-clinical talent, build pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

The role partners with facility leadership and hiring managers, conducts screenings, coordinates interviews, and supports pre-employment credentialing.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or healthcare environments strongly preferred.
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting nursing, clinical, or direct-care healthcare professionals is a major plus.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and build proactive recruitment plans.
• Active Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Utilize job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships to source and engage candidates.
• Screening & Interview Coordination: Support screening, coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• End-to-End Hiring Support: Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
• Employer Branding & Community Outreach: Represent Redstone at local career fairs and build relationships with nursing schools and workforce organizations.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties

• Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs, analyze hiring trends, and build proactive recruitment plans for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
• Active Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and community partnerships to source qualified candidates and engage passive job seekers.
• Screening & Interview Coordination: Support the Talent Acquisition team with reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone and virtual screenings, assessing candidate alignment, and coordinating seamless interviews with hiring managers.
• End-to-End Hiring Support: Support the Talent Acquisition team with guiding candidates seamlessly through all pre-employment requirements and credential validations, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding while minimizing time-to-fill and time-to-start metrics.
• Employer Branding & Community Outreach: Represent Redstone at local career fairs and build lasting relationships with nursing schools, healthcare training programs, and workforce organizations.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
