Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare seeks a part-time Medical Social Worker for Redstone @ Home in Greensburg. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver medical social work services in alignment with standards and regulations, while supporting patients and families through illness and resource access.

Responsibilities include ongoing client assessment, development of care plans, and linking families to needed services.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work required.
• Licensed Social Worker required.
• Valid driver's license required.
