Packer Fastener in Green Bay, Wisconsin is growing fast and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across PFS Companies, including Packer Fastener and Packer Freight, in a high-growth, multi-site setting.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines in new markets, manage sourcing channels, and drive recruitment marketing and onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new teammates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and hiring in new markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to branches and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

We're the #2 fastest-growing company in Northeast Wisconsin, with 250+ team members in 10 states. We open about 4-5 new locations a year. You'll also recruit for our sister company, Packer Freight, a growing freight brokerage, so you'll get to build teams for two businesses under the PFS Companies family.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you're often the first face of Packer Fastener in a brand-new market. You'll tell our story, show off our Swagger, and find the people who build our next branch from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle hiring across PFS Companies, including Packer Fastener and Packer Freight, from sourcing through offer
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies tailored to each role and market
• Research new markets and build talent pipelines before we need them

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a multi-site or high-growth organization
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• A track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and hiring in new markets
• Comfort recruiting across a wide range of roles, from warehouse and branch teams to sales and logistics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at every level
• Experience with ATS tools and recruiting metrics (HCM experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to branches and recruiting events
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
