• Manage end-to-end requisition and fulfillment processes in line with client priorities and SLAs.
• Act as a day-to-day client point of contact, handling issue resolution and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers and stakeholders to support retention and program growth.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure profitable contractor placements and conversions.
• Manage and refine sub-vendor/supplier engagement to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, pricing models, and rules of engagement.
• Provide backup program support, staying cross-trained to step in as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or MSP account support.
• VMS tool experience strongly desired (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline).
• At least 18 months in staffing/recruiting, including 6+ months in coordination or account management.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching new MSP programs or accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, or MSP environments.
