Job summary

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, field operations, or other high-volume environments is a plus.

Our client is a growing, multi-location organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding efforts across the organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, develop proactive sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers and outside recruiting firms, and help build a consistent onboarding experience across multiple teams and locations.
