Affiliated Engineers, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chicago to manage the full cycle of recruiting. This role involves sourcing candidates, ensuring compliance with hiring laws, and building long-term talent pipelines. Successful candidates will possess at least five years of recruiting experience and a strong understanding of the A/E/C industry, along with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Chicago office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Here’s why we need you:
In this role, you will provide full cycle recruiting for AEI’s offices. You will also be a member of the HR team across the AEI system. You will source through various channels, plan interviews and selection procedures, and host or participate in career events. You will ensure AEI compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, develop long-term recruiting strategies, and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. You will create strong talent pipelines for the region’s current and future hiring needs.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000
