Entegee in Massachusetts is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary and direct hire roles across multiple clients. You will build a strong candidate pipeline and manage the recruitment process from intake to onboarding.

This role emphasizes client communication, adherence to hiring standards, and accuracy in data entry within ATS. The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with clients.
• Post jobs in ATS and other systems.
• Qualify candidates against requirements.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and compliance processes.
