UNKNOWN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source candidates across channels, plan interview processes, and build strong pipelines to support current and future hiring needs at the Beachwood, Ohio locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.
• Minimum of one year related recruiting experience or long-term care is preferred.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs.
