Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Northeast recruiting efforts. You will manage day-to-day recruiting activities for the northeast divisions and build strong partnerships across departments to attract top talent.

You will source candidates through diverse channels, screen applicants, design compelling job postings, and guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with employment laws across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to establish trust-based relationships.
• Experience hosting career fairs and attracting talent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiar with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

We are seeking a high energy, experienced Recruiter who is a strong networker, people-focused, motivated, and organized to lead our northeast recruiting efforts. This person will manage the day-to-day recruiting activities for our northeast Divisions. If you are a rockstar recruiting professional, we want to talk to you. They should have experience in successfully building partnerships across departments and building trust with existing and potential employees.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Make expert recommendations to help manage onboarding and new hire process.Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.Be available to help manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or People & Culture team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.Determine recruiting/career fairs to participate in; take lead in sponsoring those fairs and act as the lead at the events.
