Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Northeast recruiting efforts. You will manage day-to-day recruiting activities for the northeast divisions and build strong partnerships across departments to attract top talent.

You will source candidates through diverse channels, screen applicants, design compelling job postings, and guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with employment laws across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to establish trust-based relationships.
• Experience hosting career fairs and attracting talent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiar with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using diverse search methods to build a pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess fit.
• Design and manage job postings, descriptions, and requirements.
• Recommend onboarding processes and manage candidate experience.
• Oversee interview, selection, and closing processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers during offers and salary discussions.
• Identify and participate in recruiting events and career fairs.
• Coordinate with external recruiting firms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across states.
