Securitas, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Recruiter to attract and retain quality officers in a fast-paced environment. This 100% in-office role focuses on recruiting security officers and performing HR administration.

You will source candidates, conduct screenings, and extend offers while maintaining discreet personnel records and assisting with new hire training. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform recruitment activities including posting, screening/interviewing, and sending job offers.
• Review applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices.
• Identify sources for recruiting Security Officers (job fairs, colleges, community orgs).
• Maintain personnel files with discretion.

Primary Location: Salt Lake City, UT (100% In Office)

Wage: $22.00/HR

Schedule: Mon - Fri | 8AM - 5PM

• Must have a professional demeanor.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Must have a reliable means of communication & transportation.

• Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning / organization skills needed.
