Job summary

Ambrook seeks a Talent Associate to help build the team behind its next phase of growth. You’ll source, coordinate, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onsite, working closely with the founding recruiter.

As you scale, you’ll explore full-cycle recruiting paths and build automations using AI tools, Claude, Zapier, and Ashby, while maintaining a clean, organized pipeline across technical and commercial roles.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination.
• Experience using AI tools to automate or augment sourcing workflows.
• Ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to speak credibly with engineers about what they work on and why it matters.
• Clear, effective written communication reflecting Ambrook’s voice.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the founding recruiter to calibrate hiring standards and process.
• Take over scheduling and coordination across active requisitions.
• Launch sourcing and outreach campaigns for early technical and commercial roles.
• Identify automation opportunities and tooling improvements to reduce manual work.
