Job summary

Ambrook is hiring a Talent Associate to build and optimize our team as we scale. You will own sourcing, coordination, and candidate experience from first touch through onsite, partnering with the founding recruiter across both technical and commercial roles.

You’ll use AI tools to automate workflows, refine outreach, and improve process efficiency while preserving a highly organized pipeline and strong candidate relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to identify passive talent in competitive markets.
• Clear, effective written communicator who can represent Ambrook’s voice in candidate messages.
• Experienced with LinkedIn and platforms like Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, Gem, etc.
• Run a clean pipeline with tagging candidates and providing well-written feedback.
• You automate or systematize part of a sourcing or coordination process and can describe its impact.

Responsibilities

• Ramp on Ambrook's product, mission, and hiring process by shadowing the founding recruiter.
• Take over scheduling and coordination across active reqs with Ashby-based tooling.
• Launch sourcing and outreach campaigns for the first 2–3 roles.
• Identify first 2–3 candidates for automation or tooling improvements.
• Own scheduling across all active pipelines and keep weekly outbound volume.
