Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates, building a robust pipeline for current and future needs. You will source via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking, screen candidates, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to accelerate our hiring process.

You will work onsite in Wisconsin offices such as Milwaukee, Brownsville, Lomira, Neenah or Green Bay, contributing to a fast-paced environment while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn is a MUST.
• Self-motivated with proactive outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of state/federal employment law and diversity policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and track progress.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs.
