Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Lomira, WI office. This onsite role covers full cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, prescreens, interviews, offers, and reference checks, ensuring a smooth pre-employment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency; organized and reliable.
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring.
• Source and hire qualified candidates and obtain approvals for candidates.
• Conduct prescreens and interviews and write employment offers.
• Coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks as necessary.
• Maintain timely communication with hiring managers and candidates.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment. You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals for candidates, conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.

This is an onsite position, located out of our Lomira, WI office.

What it takes:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated
