Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a hybrid/remote role with options in Orange County, CA; Dallas, TX; or fully remote. The role focuses on proactive sourcing to fill corporate, technical, and high-volume positions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sourcing or recruiting, experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools, and strong pipeline-building skills. JSG offers competitive hourly pay and a commitment to diversity and candidate experience.
