You will post jobs, coordinate interviews, run background and reference checks, and prepare offer documentation while ensuring compliance with federal requirements. You will maintain accurate applicant and employee records, manage onboarding activities, and handle Paylocity HR data and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting and HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience with Paylocity and HR documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through onboarding.

JANSON is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from requisition to onboarding. Your expertise will help us attract top talent while maintaining compliance with all relevant employment regulations. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding.
• - Post job openings, coordinate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and prepare offer documentation.
• - Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal requirements, including EEO, nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and recordkeeping standards.
• - Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation and pre-employment activities.
• - Maintain accurate employee information and process personnel changes in Paylocity.
• - Prepare HR reports, employment verifications, and other HR documentation as needed.
• - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and personnel records.

Skills and Qualifications:

• - 3 years of relevant experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
• - Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• - Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• - Experience with Paylocity.
• - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• - Experience in defense, aerospace, technology, or government contracting.
• - Familiarity with OFCCP requirements and Federal contractor recruiting practices.

Hybrid: 2 days per week in office.
