Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage interview scheduling for corporate, supply chain, field and distribution center roles. The role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate executive-level schedules, arrange travel, and support new hire orientation and I-9 verification. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential, with a focus on delivering a smooth candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in HR, Office Management, or Business Management preferred.
• Experience coordinating schedules and travel for executives or multiple managers.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex scheduling for interviews, meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and confirm interviews across recruitment stages ensuring alignment with interviewer availability and candidate experience.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates and coordinate assessments with the recruiting team.
• Maintain interview records and feedback in the ATS and related systems.
• Assist in new hire orientation coordination and I-9 verification processes.
• Generate and share scheduling metrics and reporting with the TA team.
