Job summary

Northwestern Mutual in San Francisco is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator – Candidate Sourcing to own the top of the funnel. You’ll partner with two Talent Acquisition Partners in Walnut Creek to keep their calendars full with qualified initial interviews.

You’ll source, you’ll schedule, and you’ll ensure candidates arrive prepared for the moments that matter, while the TAPs drive the conversations and closes. You’ll join a Bay Area recruiting team spanning four offices.

Qualifications

• High-volume scheduling and calendar management.
• Phone-first outreach with strong pipeline build.
• Warm, professional in-person presence.

Responsibilities

• Source inbound applicants and run outbound candidate outreach.
• Book initial interviews on TAP calendars and manage rescheduling.
• Welcome candidates onsite and support in-person interview logistics.
• Maintain candidate-facing materials and coordinate events.
