Job summary

AMCON is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Manager to oversee recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and people-operations, reporting to the President. You will attract top talent and design scalable processes that support operational excellence.

The role blends hands-on recruiting with culture initiatives, owning end-to-end hiring for management roles, onboarding programs, performance management, HR compliance, and employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting for management roles.
• Experience designing onboarding and orientation programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding and people-operations management.
• Maintain scalable, repeatable people processes.
• Partner with leadership to ensure effective hiring and employee programs.
• Administer performance management processes and reporting.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy governance across the organization.
• Maintain and optimize HR documentation and systems.
