Job summary

Gulf Winds is seeking a Talent and Engagement Coordinator to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and drive employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on attracting top talent and developing a culture aligned with our values of Integrity, Care, Growth, and Innovation.

Qualifications

One year to three years of related experience.
Two-year college degree or equivalent certification or training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process across diverse channels and interview candidates.
Facilitate the new hire experience and onboarding with managers.
Support career development, engagement initiatives, and programs across regions.
Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and community presence.
Maintain HRIS/ATS records and report hiring metrics.
Ensure hiring practices comply with laws and regulations, including EE0 standards.
Other duties as assigned.
