Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employee engagement.
• Proven success with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and relationship-based hiring.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding across multiple departments across the country.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Manage internship recruiting and engagement programs.
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee integration initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, recognition programs, internal communications, and company events.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, market trends, and compliance with employment laws and hiring practices.
• Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement, university outreach, and professional networking.
