The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a vital business partner to the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will plan, implement, develop, lead, direct, and coordinate the organization’s policies, procedures, recruiting & hiring initiatives.
This position is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on recruiting and interviewing including recruiting policies and procedures, the full talent life cycle for interns and volunteers, employee relations, employee communications and training, and broader workforce retention and development. This role will require strong consultation and training skills, peer/subordinate leadership, the ability to lead by influence, and possess strong business acumen to drive the use of progressive recruiting solutions that will align the delivery of the HR Team’s Programs/services with business objectives and priorities.
